ACE CLAN
OFFICE OF CENTRAL COMMAND

OFFICIAL STATEMENT OR DOCUMENT
EST 2019

Code of Conduct

Section 1: Conduct

Members will honour and respect the ranks of other individuals and treat this as equivalent to a Chain of Command, keeping in mind that key individuals are identified by title/position. Equally, all senior members with the clan, regardless of rank, will show respect to everyone equally.

ACE members will respect each other regardless of their age, gender, nationality, race, religious beliefs/creed, disability, or sexual orientation.

ACE members will not encourage or tolerate discussion of protected characteristics, included but not limited to those listed above. We are all individuals we encourage everyone to understand other's views. Equally we will not tolerate abusive behaviour based on these characteristics, everyone should feel safe as a member of the clan.

Section 2: Chain of Command

ACE uses a Chain of Command (CoC) to help organise and relay information both in and out of game to provide a structured community and gaming experience.

ACE would like members to contact anyone in ACE for general questions and/or advice, regardless of Rank / Position. We are here to both give and receive help where possible.

Section 3: Participation
We would like ACE members to actively join in with either playing with members, and join any active scheduled trainings or tournaments that might be held.

We would like for members to be active within the discord speaking with clanmates or joining them for games. There are some instances where the use of the clan website and/or forums may be necessary.

Section 4: Commitment and Real Life

As a member of ACE Clan we would like for you to show loyalty to use in the game that you choose to join us for or any other games we currently support, we understand wanting to play with friends and fully support that as long as you show commitment to ACE.

Multi-Clanning is not accepted, if you are a member of a clan in game(s) we do not support this is ok, and if it is a game we support that would not be acceptable. Where ACE decides in the future to support a new game, if this conflicts then all affected member(s) agree that ACE shall take precedence.

ACE accepts all real life needs and commitments. ACE will not put any member into a decision between real life and the clan.

Promotions and awards will be handed out based on the following principles:

  • Dedication
  • Attendance
