You'll be at the frontline on keeping everyone happy and engaged, have access to all our social media platforms and generate content / competitions for the clan. Be aware, any user can apply for this position, regardless of rank. If the application is accepted, the applicant will be promoted up to the minimum rank requirement on appointment to their position. Office Office of Public Relations Reports To Director of Public Relations Leadership Role No Can Promote Members Without Authorization To N/A Minimum Rank For Position (Master Sergeant) APPLY HERE The Public Relations department is generally split into 4 sections listed below. If you have a preference or a specialization you will be placed into one of these teams, and your main duties will be as described. As a PR officer, this does not limit you solely to your team duties, you can complete any PR related work as you or your Director sees fit. A main duty of all PR officers is to keep the clan members engaged, create conversations, and do everything possible to keep morale at a high. Events Team Create clan wide events and allocate prizes funded by the clan command. Liaise with regiment command and organize in game events to keep players engaged. Post adverts of events on clan discord and forums to get members signed up. Run the events, create timings and plans to keep everything flowing if 100s of people turn up. Graphics Team Specialize in graphic design, and create images for the clan to use. Create videos and youtube podcasts if experienced to do so. Keep the clan dropbox up to date with fresh content and make sure its organised. Social Media Team You will have full access to facebook, twitter, instagram etc. Post regular content to promote the clan to prospect members. Post out clan events to keep our members updated. Show screenshots of what our clan members get up to in game, and our events. Answer any message requests from potential new members. Marketing Team Identify locations of interest for advertising campaigns. Plan how much we should spend on advertising and what the best keywords would be. Work with the Social Media team to promote the best content we can on social media.
